Kind of a combo of Berserk and Overrun. Not hard to have a 4/x or 5/x in play so in most cases I find this is equal to or better than Overrun, occasionally MUCH better.

The key piece to my mono-green deck. A giant smile bursts forth in my heart whenever i see one of the 3 come up. I tend to put this and Blanchwood Armor together, so it really doesn't matter which creature has the armor, I drop this and everything just became a force of lethal damage.

That reminder text for trample looks pretty intimidating. I can just imagine a new player looking at this thing and running off scared. It's quite simple though really.
On a side note I'm glad this doesn't require targeting. The first thing I tend to do with my fatties is give them shroud.

@Dizraeli: No, the tokens would not get the bonus unless Overwhelming Stampede somehow resolves with them already on the battlefield. Of course, any tokens that were already around (say, if you got two of them last turn) would definitely get the bonus.

i had a couple big creatures out, my biggest being primeval titan with a blanchwood armor, and a bunch of small mana ramp cards
played this, giving each of my creatures +20/+20 and trample. my primeval alone, after attacking was a 42/42 trample.
this compared to overrun is far better if you have a creature that has more than 3 power. otherwise overrun is better, but my green deck has plenty of fatties to power this

Turn 1: Forest -> Utopia Sprawl
Turn 2: Forest -> Elvish Archdruid
Turn 3: Forest -> Llanowar Elves + Dramatic Entrance into Kalonian Behemoth
Turn 4: Forest -> Overwhelming Stampede and swing for 40 trample damage.
