This is just solid in draft/sealed formats. With cards like jinxed Idol, Bloodthrone Vampire, Fling, and Viscera Seer this is also removal.

@Mindbend - you really think creature steal for a turn with haste is a blue ability? This is clearly a card about temporary manipulation through force, while blue is manipulation through mind control. They are very different and each fit their colors.
This was a little too rampant in draft, had wurms treasoned 3 times..

It was fine at uncommon. I really don't want to see tons of these in draft.

Lost a game to this card at the pre-release today my opponent pulled 3 of them and threw them all his deck (commons bah!).

Doesn't it feel like obvious powercreep when the exact same card last core set was a higher rarity? And wizards is pushing the Mythic is better then rare always concept? It's like Black Lotus it was fine to print it because it was rare. They learned not to do that for a while I guess.

I'm diggin' how this card is now common.

this is very, very true. this doesn't even 'feel' common with the effect. but yes, basically making something a mythic means it's alright for it to be overpowered because the thought is that most people won't have them. the reality? it just drives singles prices up even further.

Wizards really loves this card. I don't know if anyone else noticed, but basically every preconstructed deck that has had any red in it since M10 came out had this card. And now it's common? Having this used against me three times in a single game in draft is a bit much.
