Sunburst is not actually a necessity to make good use of this. Try running with Experiment Kraj in EDH or a regular format for fun times.

Any deck that can sling it's +1/+1 counters around can benefit from the Oracle.
Forgotten Ancient makes for a very reusable card draw: cast three spells, put three counters on the ancient, move them to the oracle, eat them to draw three cards, up to three additional spells to repeat the process.
