Tutor cards have been the bane of the ban stick, because some are too fast (Demonic Tutor, Mystical Tutor etc) or too broken (Tinker, Stoneforge Mystic)
For balance they either have to be sorceries, lose their 'put into play/battlefield' abilities or simply have a higher mana casting cost like Eladamri's Call

Not as good as Tinker, but it's useful for digging up the cheaper artifacts that don't derserve it and if you aren't running Trinket Mage or some other card to thin them out of your deck.
I was wondering if there was a card to set an artifact/creature on the top of your deck. I know there are the tutors and some others but I'm having trouble thinking of instants or sorceries that do.
I'd like to Game Keeper it up a notch.

This combos well with Master Transmuter. There's better combos, but this helps if none of those cards are available. Deck searches are always useful for something. Plus the artwork is awesome. :)
