Guy's having a blast.

This is my favorite Wrath of God card in the game. I find that a two-turn delay in my Wrath is well worth the option of cycling against a combo/control opponent in game 1, or just when you're in a pinch and need a card more than a board sweep. 5/5.

Yeah, but nevinyrral doesnt have cycling. The cycling option for 1 extra mana makes this one slightly better on decks that use White mana. On the other hand, nevynirral can be tapped on your opponent's turn, so overall nev is way better.

Disk comes into play tapped, giving your opponent allot of time before you can push the button. Not to mention for it only costing (1) less overall, I'd rather have a somewhat surprising wipe. Then again, i would still prefer to run Wrath/Damnation almost exclusively. this works great in edh though.

I agree with Htoth3izzO - although I love this card, Planar Cleansing will take out Planeswalkers too, with just one more W instead of 1. Nonetheless the card is great and the cycling ability is great if you have a better board presence and this card is just taking up space in your hand.

Will a totem armor creature survive this and just the armor leave?

@Imperialeagle22 - Yep. The rulings on totem armors dictate that if the protected creature and the totem armor would leave play at the same time, the armor saves the creature.

Sure, Wrath of God and Day of Judgement are less expensive but clearing the board of enchantments and artifacts can be useful, especially if you have planeswalkers in play.
