Its funny that for 1 mana, fog or holy day can almost entirely shut down this card.

One of the best examples of a "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" card. That's about the only thing you can say when it resolves.

@landboysteve and Whraithe
That is true if it said 'untap ALL TAPPED CREATURES'.
The card however says 'UNTAP ALL CREATURES.'
When the card says 'them' or 'they' it is talking about the subject 'ALL CREATURES'
I don't see how you guys are interpreting this differently.

@remingtonfacelift
you get all creatures
all creatures untap
your creatures have haste
that is how it goes, if they just came in, they get haste so it is ok, or were tapped/came into play tapped they untap
I would love this in a big multiplayer game, where tokens were the norm, first I would have to play scilence so they couldnt fog you out on the swing and your epic win didnt fail

@Whraithe: Last time I checked, permanents didn't need to be tapped for an effect that untaps them to work. See rulings on Garruk. They don't become "doubly untapped" but they're still affected.
This card could only get more disgustingly fun to play if you somehow Titanic Ultimatum'd after you played this. Will not see play outside of casual or limited, but still a fun game-ender.

Just think of it like destroy effects vs indestructible. They can still target them, they are legal targets upon resolution, it resolves fine, it just doesn't do anything.
The same goes for untapped, granting haste, and gaining control. Except that it effects everything (since it doesn't target).
So if your opponent had a Stoic Angel out, the untap effect is limited to 1 (or 0 if you already did one that turn). But the rest still tries to happen.

This has archenemy and EDH written all over it. Evil laughter is mandatory when playing this.
