In a black suicide deck this might have some value. For example, I have a chunck of cards like Sarcomancy, out to get some cheap creatures out.

Or I have a good chuck of the Dauthi out, like Dauthi Slayer boosting all of them could be rather useful.

One Hatred would probably be better, but it all depends on how your deck is set up.
