Since there is crystalline sliver, you needed to remove the word "target" from your permanents, however it will not stop the many sacrifice effects in the deck.

Well, I think that Sedge Sliver is slightly better.

Compare either to Crypt Sliver, who is arguably better in my opinion. Though, depending on the slivers available, you might want to use this, or Sedge, as you may have a Crystalline Sliver.

That aside, it basically comes down to Tap, Black, or 2.

its okay when you need to save your important slivers from being bolted, etc.

permanent? how many sliver noncreature lands/artifacts/enchantments are there? non. so...
