I'm not seeing the logic that puts this in a rare slot in Premium Deck Series: Slivers.

Have to agree karthwine its a waste of rare slot while a decent card there are other slivers rare that could of gone into the deck

It is officially a rare, and adds to the decks red/green mana base, but otherwise not too special.

The Sliver premium deck aside, this is an excellent mana fixer in any deck running red and green, like Jund.

This is an excellent land, very close in power to Taiga. Rafiq, I'm not sure exactly what you don't like about this land. It's a dual land with a very minor disadvantage. I'd much rather use this than something like Karplusan Forest, which would be damaging me every time I use it for colored mana. I do agree with what you said about the Sliver deck. I swapped out a number of the Slivers for more useful ones.

@Styny
I'm pretty sure he meant printing something that did what Primal Beyond does, but with slivers instead of elementals. At least that's what I hope he meant.

@CatsAreChala
yes, because there are so many elementals in Premium Deck: Slivers

Why was this in the set? They should have printed something like Primal Beyond instead.

I rate this cycle as on par with the Rav and ReRav dual lands. Sure, you can't search this bad boy as a basic land type but especially in casual, it's solid.
