a bit expensive to use, not the best option will only recommend if running a white/blue deck for its second ability, better options out there.

The Plummet kicker here isn't that useful in the deck. The Phyrexian deck only has a few flyers, like Phyrexian Battleflies and Phyrexian Debaser, and even if those cards are out, odds are they can be sacrificed in response to one of the many sacrifice outlets available in the Phyrexian deck.
Still a good card though, especially for its versatility and the fact that the Coalition deck can ramp mana pretty well.

Bant Battlemage before Bant Battlemage was Bant Battlemage. This is overall a lot better, though.
