Seriously, {U} buys you (or that special someone) a 3/3 green ape creature token.

GreenGreenGreen buys you a 4/5 now, RedWhiteGreen buys you a 5/4

gotta wonder how far they will go with some cards

This is being a bit underrated. It doesn't have a good creature type (though both have some interactions) but it's a 3/2 for 3 with only one coloured mana. I admit it's worse than centaur courser, but it's just different from the cards mentioned above - way less colour requirement.

Personally I think it's still decent.

This is meant to provide a little early-to-mid game beef in a deck that includes Green but is not predominantly Green. In such a context, this card can be decent.

Strangely, I find that if I start sliding Green into a deck to provide 'Green support', I tend to convert the deck into a Green deck that is supported by the other color(s). Green's mana ramp is pretty powerful, but it usually calls for {G} production at the earliest opportunity, rather than secondarily.

Sure compared to other cards, its very unimpressive, but In my Sosuke, Son of Seshiro edh deck, it is a warrior, hence this little 3/2 guy can attack and not care if he gets blocked by a bigger creature or not
