Generally weaker than Your Puny Minds Cannot Fathom or Your Fate Is Thrice Sealed, and between the two of them I think you probably have enough card-drawing schemes. Still, it's a nice one to include as a one-of for kicks.
I don't get the art. Is he doing some sort of Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon pose or what?

I'm a little bit scared of how much I like this card and how much I think I understand the guy in the picture.....yeah, that's probably not a good sign. xD

Sphinx's Revelation for 3 less isn't really that mana efficient as far as schemes go, especially ones that are terrible early on. The fact that this is still decent is a tribute to Sphinx's Revelation being incredibly good than the other way around, I suppose.
