+1/-1: Not so great. The +1 doubles the power of little token beasties, and the -1 kills them. Not nearly as good as the white or red comparisons. Shared Animosity is the best similar card I can think of, but which I would recommend (no negatives).

@Layton:
Honor of the Pure? This is more like Glorious Anthem or it's timeshifted version Gaea's Anthem, as they, unlike Honor, don't have the color restriction. Nonetheless this card is obviously much better than those because of the cheaper mana cost, as long as you don't mind that little -1.
