I really like this guy - he has the effect of a Thundermare at a fraction of the cost, and he is a member of one of the most prolific tribes, to boot!
In one of my many goblin decks over the years, I used to use Goblin Wizard to sneak him into play on an opponent's turn, pre-combat step. They wouldn't be able to attack, and on my next turn I'd have no blockers (or very few) standing between my goblins and my opponent!

At first I thought it meant only tap opponent's creatures... well you can dream I guess.

This is a deceptive card that may trick some into thinking it's good.
This is a sorta narrow card, and one might think a singleton in a Goblin deck is good enough to be tutored with Goblin Matron and then aether vialed in for the alpha strike.
However, most goblin players don't ramp up their vial up to only 2 and hold it there; most go up to 3 or 4 (for Ringleader). There aren't many 2 drops in most goblin decks - only either Piledriver and cycling Gempalm Incinerator to connect with a lackey. Furthermore, Goblin Warchief 2-cost spells only R, which don't really need to be vialed in - another strike against this card.

"It's alright guys, I've got this" (Mogg)
