Much weaker than Rushing River, I'd rather pay 2U and sac a land than 4U

Double Disperse for one extra mana? Limited fodder, but not for me.

No need to to point it out, but I feel like this card needs SOME sort of a higher rating, at the least...
Good in Limited, bad in constructed...
Comparing it to Whiplash Trap, this is better in some respects. Splashable, and returns nonland permanents, Whiplash, two creatures (yes, up to is considered there)...
Whiplash Trap???...
"If an opponent had two or more creatures enter the battlefield under his/her control, you may pay one blue mana instead of paying 5..."
2 Unsummons in one card, that is, of course, if they had two...
and also kinda hard to splash in most decks...
SO...
kind of a useless comment, but meh...
Overall, good card in limited, bad in constructed...
both are actually...
HAHA!!

While obviously not too impressive power-wise, in Limited this thing would be really powerful, considering it's common, splashable, and could potentially win games.

Works okay in EDH, given that you usually have enough mana and there will always be multiple targets for something like this.
