This seems pretty interesting. Obviously it can get back any one artifact in your graveyard, but you can also opt to stack your deck for shenanigans with cards like Enigma Sphinx or Brass Herald(in a golem deck :D).
Its instant nature makes this a fairly okay card.

What bothers me about this card is that it's precisely Footbottom Feast, with "creature card" turned to "artifact card" and {B} turned to {W}... except that there's {1} added to the cost. I love natural parallels, and I hate it when the parallels are broken.
Apart from that it's a nice design.

I'm with MGJ. It doesn't say "in any order" like other cards (which haven't been errated either).
And if you can't chose the order, does the top-most artifact in your graveyard go ontop first, or last?
I wouldn't be so concerned if judges were good and/or consistant.

This seems pretty abusable. You could theoretically Grindclock yourself, then pull what ever artifacts you want out of the grave, pick the order, and then draw one off the top.

Costs one more than I thought it would, but then again, it's an Instant.

Drafna's Restoration with cantrip and instant speed, in white, for {3} extra.

Its actually not a real cantrip, as when it resolves, you'll draw one of the artifacts you put on the top. it should have read:
"Put any number of target artifact cards from your graveyard on top of your library.
Add an artifact card from your Graveyard to your hand."
