It was my main beater in my Teferi's Veil deck, as a two-of.

I really thinks that this is in fact an excellent blocker for most control decks involving blue. It totally shut down most ground creatures with mana cost 4 or less. It is virutally immune to being permanently switch control or being duplicated. Extremely underrated for its effectiveness in a real game. Add it to your blue deck and you will find how nasty this thing can get.

4 mana for a 5/5 that loses 1 card advantage EVERY single time it attacks or blocks.
Hmm............

One less mana cost and I would be in love with this card. As it stands, it's just okay. Still, though, why is this rated a one? It may not be the best, but give Saprazzan Outrigger some cred.
