Not everything needs power creep, this is fine how it is. You can still combo with itself, granted its your only zombie.

It'd be good if Gravecrawler wasn't a card.

Ugh, *** MasterOfEtherium. Whatever, this thing is nice in draft but too bad even for Casual MBZ.

Does this card's ability trigger if there are no zombies in your yard? I know I've seen someone use this and a Stitcher's Apprentice to get a 2/2 every turn, but I can't remember if he already had a ghoulraiser in his graveyard or not.
It went like this:
Ghoulraiser enters the battlefield > Activate apprentice in response > sacrifice Ghoulraiser > Ghoulraiser's own ability resolves and returns it to your hand. Repeat.
Edit: Nevermind. Tested it out with Magic Online. Its ability triggers with zilch in the graveyard. Makes sense... Not that I figured it out on my own :P Also, I'm curious to know if that ever came up during testing.

I thought this guy seemed like a good creature for my zombie deck but he turned out to really suck. There are plenty of cards like goulcaller's chant and undying evil that take care of the death problem. I would just use those cards to keep my zombies going then when i really take a beating towards the end i use zombie apocalypse . Bringing out a 2/2 zombie to randomly get a zombie from my graveyard never helped me much. I just never needed him. So he proved unworthy. Although he might be useful in a non zombie deck to create a ghoulraiser loop but still i dunno about this guy. He disappointed me.

I still don't understand what the deal is with the ghoulcallers. Why do they just want to kill everyone? They seem like Stupid Evil characters. Maybe they are zombies, but in that case how can they speak?
