Well, your opponent might make a bad choice if they're distracted trying to figure out how to deal with the 5/6 flyer while picking your stacks.

Sphinx of Uthuun is a good name for a rock band.

Fun card that may see some play if Magic slows down as much as people believe it will once the sets rotate for Innistrad, and maybe even a little before that. If nothing else, it's nice to have a Fact or Fiction that eats Baneslayer Angels for breakfast for the next few months.
Also, fabulous artwork.

this card is awesome and flavorfull. don't need to be 6/6 and fact or fiction is always good, no matter the turn. 5/6 flying and normally 2 cards or the card you need is a good deal.

3U for Fact or Fiction and 2U for a 5/6 flier seems fair.

Well this is almost close to being strictly better than blue's old faithful flyer Mahamoti Djinn
For 1 extra colourless, you get a tacked on Fact or Fiction but still keeping 5/6 P/T and flying
Thanks Wizards, you truly make old cards look bad...
