This also hits animated Raging Ravine, Lavaclaw Reaches, and Creeping Tarpit. :( I'm sad because I like those lands.

This is easily the most powerful of the core set uncommon color-hate cycle. Deathmark might be cheaper, but it's sorcery speed, limited to creatures, and impotent against regerators or invulnerable creatures.
Like I said in my comment on Oblivion Ring, white is R&D's love child. This is totally 3-4x sideboard tech in any deck with white.

This can stop the splinter twin combo btw. gets around spellskite. Cheap enough to let you have counter magic of your own as backup.

Is it me, or is Sarlena really obnoxious?
Also, this is far better than Deathmark. Like, crazy how much better it is.

What cards does this deal with?
Phyrexian Obliterator, Grave Titan, Inferno Titan, Splinter Twin, any red planeswalker, any black planeswalker (duh).
Pretty nice card.

This card is almost perfect. I would put 4 of these in every sideboard I had. The only reasons I rated this a 4 instead of a 5 is that it can't win the game on its own and it IS just sideboard.
Still disgustingly good. I get to EXILE stuff as an instant for just 2 MANA!

Core set cards are supposed to be designed to teach new players things. This one apparently teaches them that lands are colorless.

It should really say: "Banish target black or red permanent to the moon."
Because that's how Celestia purges things.
