No, only one land per turn. It's like an alright dual land that you can artifact fetch, or cascade into.

Essentially non broken versions of artifact lands.

So at the beginning of your turn, you get to put down a land. Then you put this out and return that land back to your hand. Do you get to put that land back out again?

Use in conjunction with Mirrorworks
Laugh uncontrollably at your mundane combo :P
Honestly that seems to be the best way to use this, unwinding clock makes it nice too.

The only nasty thing is when you play these like Coastal Towers and they get shattered.

There are more combinations to be had with this than first seems. You can play a bit of a ramp strategy with cards that care about the number of lands you have in play compared to your opponets such as Knight of white orchid In a blink ETB deck it is funny when thanks to this and bounce lands it is possible to actually maintain mana superiority over most green land ramp decks.
with a Etherium Sculptor you can put it in play for free in exhange for a tapped land. Add in a amulet of vigor and you can gain a bit extra mana that turn. This works
