So you think that a mox doesn't bring mana acel since you are tapping 1 permanent for 1 mana?
They are mana acel, since you're playing a permanent, outside a land, that can produce at least 1 extra mana. So they are mana fixing AND mana acel...

More than Mana acel, this is mana fixing.
As you will be tapping 2 permanents for 2 mana.
