Classic card. Looks like Urza's Tower in this case is his vacation tower on a tropic island somewhere.

It works to an extent- its not hard to pick these up in ME4, since they fill the basic land slot. Its just hard to scoop up enough playables to go with them.

What do you guys think about the tower, mine and powerplant in limited? Let's you use the overcosted artifacts, but is risky when u miss out on one...

The tower, which is the add {3}, is rated lower than the equivalents (mine, and power-plant) which add {2}?
