Many of the creatures in this block are hilariously out of scale.
There really shouldn't be a werewolf with more than 3 toughness, and there really shouldn't be one with more than 4 power.
The ones that imply multiple werewolves are alright, as far as that's concerned, but a single werewolf should not be tougher than a giant and strong enough to kill a dragon. At least, not a common, nonlegendary werewolf.
