Looks like a forgettable hero from Marvel Comics.

Not bad if you make him Indestructible.

I hate cards like this that make no sense in just about any deck-looking dead at you, Neurok Commando. If you're playing a dedicated mill deck, your opponent will gladly just take the damage. And the only way you'd use him outside of mill is a reanimator deck, in which case he's not going to survive that first attack if the other player knows what they're doing. 4 mana for probably killing a creature and having three more resurrect targets isn't bad, but there's more efficient ways to do that.

I hope you guys know that the "becomes blocked" clause doesn't stack with Lure... Otherwise it would say: "Defending player puts the top three cards from the top of his or her library into the graveyard for each creature that blocked Flint Golem." This would work with lure.

Ghitu War Cry...Block? Mill 3. Don't block? Eat it and like it.

I got a deck build up around removing my opponents library. So I kinda like this one. Wish I had one or two of those "rock-stars"... 4/5.

needs a lure to make him be blocked by everything, then a regeneration to keep him alive for the next turn.

just lure should be plenty if you run him against a token deck

This, Portal 2 Bee Sting, Coils of the Medusa, Dragon Mask, Flailing Ogre, Hickory Woodlot, Look at Me, I'm the DCI, Meng Huo's Horde, Nalathni Dragon, Ruby Leech, Stasis and Verduran Emissary are cards that were the only card by its illustrator, that I know. Are there any other?

I like the flavour of the card, though. It's like, when creatures hit him, it makes sparks fly off and burn cards off the top of your opponent's library. Not bad, eh?
