I'd like to see the full (untrimed) art for this card, just to find out if Mr. Hoover drew clothes on the Gypsy lady or not.

Sure, it's bad, but it definitely has some positive uses. It's just a bad Saltfield Recluse. It' be better if it and its ability costed 1 less, but they don't.
