I always notice the text is too small on the 4th Ed. version of this card. On the real ones too, I think they were all misprinted in this way.

Human Bird?! WTF!? You guys do realise that this will, among other things, let her be pumped up by Soraya? And the art clearly does not depict her as a human/bird hybrid!

@tavaritz: To me, it clearly seems like she is using a magical artifact, in this case a feather cape, to keep herself aloft, like flying men. Not to mention, if she was a true human/bird hybrid, she'd be a lot more monstrous-looking, I believe.
