Makes me wish you knew what plane you were on before deciding to mulligan. Three opening Cruel Ultimatums goes from unplayable to hilarious and devastating if you happen to be here on turn one (and kept that hand, for whatever reason).

This card of course does interesting things on turn one, but the really nice thing about this card is that it can add late-game options for your early-game spells. Later in the game throwing out 1-3 mana cards to this can provide some nice resource advantages, though later high-cost spells are usually going to be a mistake if the game doesn't last long enough.

In this deck, this card doesn't make sense. Too many aura's and by the time the suspended card is cast, you may not have the creature you want left on the battlefield.
