Vigilance is pretty awesome in multiplayer, though if everyone has it then after a round the board will tend to lock up as everyone will have plenty of blockers and even vigilance will not provide enough incentive to attack, except the poor guy with no creatures out, who's likely dead soon. The Chaos roll is somewhat unfortunate. If I want to attack, I want the chaos before combat but may not want to risk the planeswalk which loses the vigilance. If I attack first and then roll, then the chaos does nothing.

You can only roll the planar die when you could cast a sorcery, so this plane is kinda meh. I'd rather have Elspeth, Knight-Errant's ultimate.

@StyrofoamKing Riders of Gavony? Thraben is also located in Gavony and it has a couple of creatures with vigilance. The second ability on Riders also gives protection, albeit only to humans, so that is kinda similar to the Chaos roll.
