Ouch. I've got a couple decks with which I might as well scoop if somebody hangs this thing on me. Not that I hate it or anything because this might make my WhiteBlue Angel control deck a lot better than it is. Rather potent card at uncommon.

My green decks laugh at it though :o

Love this card... it REALLY should have been red or green so it can rock out with my werewolf deck, still good anyway.

{U}/{W} control is looking exceptionally strong. This card will likely see a few decks, and even more sideboards.

Fun Johnny combo with Knowledge Pool as well.

I'll begin by qualifying myself: I play almost (completely) casual. This card in conjunction with things like Arbiter Angel and Leyline of Sanctity can pretty much shut down all decks (as if Leyline of Sanctity is really necessary if you have this and Arbiter Angel on the field).

Mix with G: Asceticism
Mix with U: Dissipation Field

Mind also that it does say CAST which is important. There are cards such allow you to PLAY a card without paying its mana costs etc. which bypasses the CAST restriction. No examples leap to mind but I know I've seen them.

now.. I do alot of FNM recently. but Im going to get alot of debate for this card.. so when I play "Curse of Exhaution" they keep giving me the bs that this card only counts for "Sorceries, Instants, and Enchantments". but this card means ALL cards that you play that arent lands... correct?

Not quite Alphagprime. Play=cast, they are both the same thing, mana cost or no man cost. The word you are looking for is "put." Example that comes to mind Genesis Wave.

My second ever standard tournament game, two matches in a row a guy hardlocked me with Knowledge Pool. Somehow, competitive play lost its allure after that...
