Sometimes I don't understand R&D... They says that black shouldn't have any Miracle card just because it would seems out of color, but they made this curse, even if a course in white seems out of color as well...

Combine with Possibility Storm will mean the enchanted player can no longer cast spells. (Their first spell each turn is exiled with Possibility Storm, then they can't choose to cast a second one)
