This card should be seeing TONS of sideboard attention, namely due to one card in particular reintroduced in m13...Rancor.
When a creature dies with Rancor attached, Rancor goes to your graveyard BEFORE it goes back to your hand. The perfect chance to get rid of it.

The rulings might be super specific (a case where the opponent has a Purify the Grave?), but they help clarify a common misunderstanding that people can play instants on their opponents turn when the opponent isn't casting a spell or ending a phase or step. This is why I somewhat liked the word "interrupt" better than "instant", because when you don't have priority you can only cast instants in response to something.
