Not purely worse. You might be playing with chroma cards, and you're opponent might be playing lures and provokes.
But really I just want to roll up all these pointless "human" erratas and bonk Wizards over the head with them. Stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid, stupid! Why the hell did they print a purely worse version of Phantom Monster, which was 3U for a 3/3 flyer with no drawback? It's not like Phantom Monster was too powerful or anything.
