I like him. 4 toughness if above the current magic number. He is probably not meant for an aggro Soldier tribal deck.

This is a pretty bad uncommon, though interestingly enough this is a soldier with 4 toughness. Zealots en-Dal may be a better choice for a mono white soldier deck if you want 4 toughness for your 4-drop, or Sunspire Gatekeepers if you are playing with Gates.

Of all the participants of the "White 2/4 for 4" club, this is not bad. It's no Seraph of the Dawn or Mystic Zealot, but it's pretty good for when the game goes long.
