I remember building my first WUBRG deck around the pre-con deck this came out of, many years gone by. This thing can really put in work. Often I found the most success using it on turn 3 for a fairly costed -3/-3, but getting to five lands was never a problem, and it seems even easier today, though a large percent of the population seems to tend towards deep reliance on nonbasic lands, so that crowd wouldn't have as much luck using this, but in the right deck it's a great bargin.

It's not bad. -5/-5 in a domain deck for three mana. The casting cost is easy too, requiring only one colored mana. Enchantment means that it's just sorcery speed. Still... it has the advantage that you can cast it on a creature if you don't have all five basic lands in play, but fix that later and then kill the creature, if still necessary.
It also kills regenerators or indestructible ones. If you manage to get it from your graveyard to play, since you don't cast it then, it can also be put on creatures with shroud or hexproof.

If I'd build a casual domain deck, I'd surely add some of these.
