Very limited use for this guy... he needs some help. The thing that really kills him is the 2CC for 1 trade in his ability.

I GUESS you could find a spot for him in a dual-color elven deck... but he is definitely not the greatest.

It is not strictly better than Grizzly Bear.
It is just Grizzly Bear with bad ability so that it won't get buff by Muraganda Petroglyphs
