This card is a lot better then Crusade due to it only affecting your creatures. The only time Crusade is better is 2HG. Also a permanent boost for only two Mana, well I would like four please 5/5.

With the new humans in Innistrad, this card's a pretty nice boost when you're swarming with your humans (if you're playing mono-white).
Just be careful, the +1/+1 can make your creatures out of reach for Mentor of the Meek's ability.

just to reiterate what infernox10 said, this can screw over cards like Mentor of the Meek.
9/22/2011 Apply power bonuses from counters the creature enters the battlefield with and continuous effects like Mayor of Avabruck's when checking to see if Mentor of the Meek's ability will trigger.
