What a pitious white version of Fear.
Four mana is far too much for what it does. You can make a creature harder blockable than that or even completely unblockable instead with that amount of mana. Cloak of Mists for half the cost with blue mana for example, or when paying more Whispersilk Cloak can do the job.
And about the intimidate thingie - you're wrong MidgetfaceKilla.
Just in this case where the Aura is put on the creature the difference becomes very important:
Intimidate is dependant from the creature's colors, while Fear is not and always says "This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures."
Dust Elemental for instance is white and has Fear. Now if it had Intimidate instead, it could be blocked by black creatures, but (being white) not by white creatures.

Poor guy. I guess he didn't get to get what he was after, even after the day he died.

I've notices how many dislikes this card, but I like using it. In any case, it's a great sideboard card...

Fun with certain cards, I suppose. But I can just reach into blue for that.
