This is probably the worst vow because it doesn't encourage attacking. If they hold back a creature to block, it doesn't really help you at all.
It's nice for stuff that wants to attack, though, like Kaalia of the Vast.

I don't like this one. First strike is a good ability for blockers, but you want that creature to be out wrecking your opponents, and first strike doesn't shine as much there.
However, if you're helping a struggling ally, it's not bad, but still not great.
