This card is solid in limited formats. I managed to draft two at the last one I played - being able to tap two threats up to four times is what carried me to 1st. It was definitely the MVP of my deck. Or MVC I guess. Whatever.

Feeling of Dread isn't making the opponent feel dread, it's responding to your own feeling of dread, and as a response, you tap threats. That is what white and blue are all about -- prevention and control.
