Cerulean Wisps?
with Goblin Medic?
@repete. Because Gelectrode only untaps when you cast a spell. Dual Casting (despite the name) copies a spell on the stack, which doesn't count as "casting" it.

Perfect card to combo with Call the Skybreaker. Cast CtS, then enchant the Skybreaker with this and proceed to get an army of 5/5 fliers. Use Arcane Melee too and you will get that army even faster!

@lorendorky
Stop posting the "like if.." comments. This isn't facebook or youtube, and at this point I honestly hope that Johannes never does art for MTG again so that you will stop before other people start... (notice how most of those comments have been rated so low?)

Guys, this is not a cheaper, repeatable Reverberate.
Reverberate is far better for most situations:
-It doesn't die to basic removal.
-Your opponent doesn't know you have it (in theory).
-You can use it whenever you have the mana. DC can be tapped out, Arrested, etc. and requires a creature that isn't necessarily going to be attacking every turn (not exactly a good thing for a red-leaning deck) or isn't a critical blocker.
And above all:
-You can copy anything on the stack, not just your own spells. Counterspelled? Reverb it. Sleeped? Reverb it. The possibilities are endless.
Dual Casting =/= Reverberation. Both have their uses, however.

A really fun casual card; sadly not likely to be seen in any serious decks. But burn is where it's at because there's never a time you don't want another Thunderous Wrath for {R}!
