If i turn around and play it, can I put it on the floor so my opponent can't see it?
Then I ask, declaring any attackers?

A bad Jayemdae Tome, which is a pretty weak card in itself. One would be hard pressed to play anything significant/nonland after spending three mana activating this thing.

Not only can you only play the exiled card until the next turn, you have to play it with three missing mana. This card is not good :(

well that is a random card.

I like the conditions this imposes on drawing. I think if the activation cost was a mere 1 mana, this would be a great card but not too much.
