When I bought the Knights vs. Dragons set, I wasn't planning on ever using any of the Knight cards, I was mainly after the new Bogardan Hellkite and some of the other dragons. After I saw that they included this and it's buddy, Knight Exemplar, I turned around and built a Knight deck.
-A very easily casted card with an efficient but fair mana cost.
-Power, Toughness and ability is just right.
-Art is humerous and the overall flavor is great.
Overall, this is an excellent addition to the Knight set, and one of my favorite cards from Knights vs. Dragons.

The absence of "other" makes this card the goat riding beast it is.

the fact that he gives all knights doublestrike is what makes this card so mean to play.
showing up to a fight with this guy is like showing up to a gunfight with a mini-gun; being able to attack twice when everyone else can only attack once makes this invaluable.

The first real knight support white recieved. Very cool card. I love how they took somthing that really says "Knight" like first strike and then buffed it up to double in order to make sure most knights would actually be getting somthing from it.

I...can't explain it...
but I would like this guy a lot more if he was legendary. I think it's because one
crazy hobbit running around the country side cutting up faces is hilarious, but imagining a lot of them
doing it...takes away from the original prestige and nobility of the 'Knight' creature type.
3.5 this version. 10/5 if he was legendary.
EDIT: is that a JACKELOPE crossed with a GOAT?!?

i want to point out that its riding a springjack, and the fact that he is 4 mana is great he costs slightly more than most knights (i have noticed a pattern of them usually costing 3 mana) makes him exceptional because if your hitting your land drops every turn you usually have one left over turn 4 in a knight deck which makes him an amazing inclusion keep in mind that you can combine running him in a white deck as a combat trick with several of the changling spells (personal favorite is Shield of velas veil)
