And what's better than seeing your opponent's face after pulling multiple dragons (each for about 2 mana) in one turn thanks to having two or three of these guys on the field?

Ugh. There's nothing worse than being tempted to use removal spells against a 2/2 in a deck that has dragons waiting to jump out at you.
This guy is a constant thorn in my side in casual. 4/5.

I was using this card for the longest time in my dragon deck, I'm glad the little guy made his way into the Duel Deck. -Tear of a proud parent.- Anyways, I understand Dragon's claw, it fits the flavor of the deck, and armillary sphere works because... dragons like collecting shiny things? It looks like something you'd see in a rave.
But the reasons they only put in one dragonspeaker shaman are simple.
1) They didn't want dragons coming out for 2-3 mana. Dragons are large, majestic creatures, and their mana costs reflect that.
2) They wanted it to be a card you wanted to draw, making it rare to get inside the deck. A casual new player who draws that card will love it all the more when it's one of a kind.
3) If a casual player wanted more, then they'll have to go out and buy another duel deck package. Excellent scheme on the part of Wizards. Well played.

What classifies as a dragon card though? Card's with "dragon" in the name? such as dragon fodder and dragon's claw? or simply creature cards that are dragons? (Creature- Dragon)

A dragon card is any card with the subtype "dragon". Mostly, that means creatures, but it's also possible for a tribal card to be a dragon.

If dragonstorm and Crucible of Fire weren't made as dragon tribal spells, then I doubt there will ever be any dragon tribal cards.
That being said, loved this ever since I understood it would make my kilnmouth dragon cheaper
