were they really afraid that Accorder's Shield would rip the format wide open with it's incredible gift of vigilance and +0/+3!?! we may never know now that this card, obviously intended as a tournament staple, was printed at uncommon. This thing protects the mighty STORM CROW from incinerate, lightning bolt, and shock.

Absolutely terrible card should've never been made and will see no use in popular formats whatsoever.

I think R&D does this stuff as a goof just to get a laugh at everyone getting really upset about it. It is a really stupid card to release in this set though.

I do like the little message they did with this/Greatsword and the new holy/unholy enchanments that power increases are generally better than toughness increases.

wow... it's so incredibly *** i know i'm sure to open a playset+ from only a fat pack... Accorder's shield is the lowest end of the almost ok. this is the same but worse. and an uncommon. opening this i'll probable be more angry then tower of calamities (i've opened three of those suckers, from less then a display...)
hope they'll put it in an intro-pack as well... or event deck even:D
