Don't target your own Phantasmal Bear.
I had an opponent do that once and I didn't let him take it back. It was kind of mean of me since he was new, but we were playing for prizes and the match was close...

At the time of this commenting, Goblin Tunneler has appeared in 3 sets, all of which are currently Standard Legal.

I would put one of them in a goblin deck. I mean, it combines with goblin lackey and goblin piledriver extremely well. it's awful having your 11/2 piledriver blocked by a 2/2 with first strike :S
EDIT: oh, forgot Warren instigator. that's just 2 siege-gang commander in play in no time!

I'd say that it could be a battery for bloodthirst... but Goblin Fireslinger gets the job done much better.

Poor Dwarven Warriors. Once again, anything a dwarf can do a goblin can do better.

In a draft, I used him with Fiery Hellhound. The poor guy I was facing couldn't do anything.

Bramble Creeper, and anything that gives you extra combat phases, preferrably world at war

Interestingly works terrific with other Goblins and Rogues

@ Lueseto why only one? If you want to draw something or play it somewhat consistently then you gotta have at least two. I mean sure you could fetch it with a goblin matron or something else but why waste it on that when you could grab something more useful?
Not to mention its a creature that can die quite easily so...
