Horse Rebel? That's a really weird creature type.
Anyway, I think this card can get some use if you make land saccing part of your combo, but there are better options; Zuran Orb being the most prominent.

Almost nobody liked Prophesy's land-sacrificing theme, which has to be the most depressing-feeling hook WotC ever hung a set off. This is a thoroughly mediocre example of it.

I don't think that Jamuraans know what a horse actually looks like.

Sacrifice a land: +3/+0=Awesome! There are plenty of ways to give him trample! Sac all my lands for the win!

The only thing better than saccing a land is getting a toughness boost out it.
Prophecy was so awesome...

Pure jank. If this weren't a Rebel, there would be no reason to play it at all. Even as a Rebel, there are far better Rebels. Or you could put that singleton spot as an Honor of the Pure or Crovax, Ascendant Hero or Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite

Doran can get some limited mileage out of this guy. Not amazing, but a pretty good finisher in the deck in an emergency. Just hope he doesn't flop to removal.
