This card does a few things:
1. Allows you to look at your opponent's hand and see what they're up to.
2. Denies them a card for a turn.
3. Allows you to play that spell if you can pay for it.

All in all fairly narrow, and probably not worth maindecking.

Nice, but you still have to pay for it. Therefore only usable in mono-blue against another blue deck (in which case, it'll get countered). Multicolor decks running blue still have better options.

Not really worth it unless you can pay for it. I can see this card being more abusable as an instant, but taking a sorcery from them for your turn isn't exactly game-breaking.
