"It startles me how alive one feels on the edge of death."
—Barrin, master wizard
I would hardly call discarding your hand close to death, but maybe it is for a blue mage. ;)

Considered it seems to be in a pseudo-cycle with Death Pit Offering and Overlaid Terrain, two cards from Nemesis, I always kind of wondered if they made a mistake and had to hold this off until Prophecy.

Not bad for decks that can unload there hands fast. Drop this with no cards in hand and it will pay for itself in 3-4 turns.

Drawing an extra card each turn can be pretty helpfull. Its just to bad it costs so much to play. Though if it was cheaper to play it wouldn't really be fair I suppose.

this shoulda been "1uu+hand discard' or '1uuu and no discard' i've tried using it, and there are sooo many other ways for blue to get extra cards
