At first sight, this mechanic pretty rather interesting. And then you realize that it rewards people for playing draw-go, since if you tap out on your own turn you get punished by cards like this, and draw-go decks is one of the biggest thing they want to discourage people from playing nowadays.
If this were an instant though, it might be a different story. Well also assuming this was buffed a bit more.

Actually, this isn't all that bad. Certain situations can totally abuse this card.

Could be very cheap, could be unplayable. My best bet would be to play this as early as possible in a graveyard-abusive deck.

Woah, awesome. just wait until they are tapped low, or help them with gigadrowse and you get two critters for free. Oh wait it goes to your hand? Meh, why bother?
